Shipping leadtimes:Please contact us if you want to check on a particular product's availability. However, in general, most systems are ex stock with leadtime of normally 1-2 working days (Support contracts 3-8 working days) Occassionally vendors experience supply constraint which mean that they, and some higher value products, have leadtimes that can be up to 14 days - shipping from the USA/Europe.
Note: Please ensure all end-user license details are correctly stated at the time of order. Subsequent changes to license details are charged for by the vendors and we are obliged to pass such charges on. Returns:Any returns should be notified either by phone (or e-mail us) as soon as possible to ensure a replacement is sent to you as quickly as possible. In the case of software being returned, we only accept unopened - still shrinkwrapped - items for return. All other items must be still in their original packaging.
