Shipping costs:
Shipping within the UK mainland is via courier shipped at £5 per order.

If you have special shipping requirements (eg: before 10:30, Saturday) please contact us for a quote.

Shipping leadtimes:
Please contact us if you want to check on a particular product's availability. However, in general, the following applies:

Firewalls

  • Low end firewall appliances in stock; leadtime is normally 1-2 working days (Support contracts 3-8 working days)
  • Higher value product leadtimes can be up to 14 days - shipping from the USA.

Antivirus products

CP Secure is normally available within 48 hours.

Trend Micro products are available via download (media can be ordered at extra cost). Product licenses are obtained from Vendors can take up to 5 days to be processed.

Note: Please ensure all end-user license details are correctly stated at the time of order. Subsequent changes to license details are charged for by the vendors and we are obliged to pass such charges on.

Intrusion inc

Intrusion products are on a 4 week leadtime - shipping from the USA

Bluecoat

Bluecoat leadtimes are 5-7 working days

Other products

Other product leadtimes can be confirmed upon request

Returns:

Any returns should be notified either by phone (or e-mail us) as soon as possible to ensure a replacement is sent to you as quickly as possible. In the case of software being returned, we only accept unopened - still shrinkwrapped - items for return. All other items must be still in their original packaging.

We accept the following reasons for return:

  • Wrong item(s) sent.
    Consignment must be returned within 1 week of purchase, we will arrange collection and dispatch a replacement
  • I have made a mistake and selected the wrong product
    Consignment must be returned unopened within 1 week of purchase, we will dispatch a replacement once the original has been received.
    Note There may be a re-stocking charge.
  • The item arrived damaged
    Consignment must be returned within 1 week of purchase, we will arrange collection and dispatch a replacement.
