We do not have consumer terms and conditions, as these are determined by specific legislation, the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Terms of Business

• EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price (VAT at appropriate rate). Please contact us if you have any VAT related query, eg you are in the Channel Islands, or are a European company which is VAT registered in your own country.
• We currently sell all products in UK Sterling (£) only.
• Payment accepted by credit/debit card, bank transfer/draft, postal/money order, or cash. Credit terms/Purchase orders (30 days) to approved accounts only or single orders exceeding £5,000 in value(normally public sector and quoted PLCs). Financing available subject to status.
• Under new bank guidelines, to help minimise credit card fraud, we regret that we can only ship to Credit card billing contact and address. We also reserve the right to review and refuse any transaction in which fraudulent use of credit card is suspected.
• Personal cheques over £1,000 and business cheques take up to 14 days to clear (goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared
• Goods offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
• All goods remain 1st Advance Limited property until paid for in full.
• Prices and manufacturers specifications subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract. Prices may change because of currency fluctuations.
• Errors and omissions excepted.
